Penny trained as a hypno-psychotherapist in the 80s and uses a holistic approach with practical skills and top tips to take away with you.

Working mindfully in the present and spending a minimum amount of time on past issues she has developed a way of working effectively by addressing anxiety and sharing simple empowering techniques for life that manage a variety of life limiting symptoms.  

All of this will help improve your relationships and allow you to enjoy being you!

We offer three main packages:

Commercial: Bespoke for groups or individuals and can include between 6 and 12 sessions and include a Well Being Retreat Day as below.

Individuals: We recommend at least 6 sessions to seriously address various issues.

Retreat: A Well Being Retreat Day offers a unique opportunity for reflection; a day just for you to refresh and renew energy.

Whichever package suits your needs, Penny Moon, experienced holistic therapist and author will be your companion for the day. Following an initial discussion to tailor the programme around your unique needs, the venue we usually use is Thornton Manor in Thornton Hough on the Wirral but please let us know if there is another venue that may be more suitable and we will do our best to accommodate you.
