Yoga Nidra means the sleep of the yogis.

It is a very deep relaxation and guided visualisation for which you should make a positive affirmation before listening. They are often used to help people with insomnia or chronic pain as well as a number of anxiety related stress conditions. This is a shorter sessionĀ (approx. 15 minutes).
